After receiving my Doctorate from Regis University, I have worked for over a decade as a physical therapist, helping my patients see beyond their limitations and reach their goals. But the health care system is only set up for people to survive, not to thrive.

This is unacceptable.

Therefore, I am working to combine my passion for the outdoors with my skills as a physical therapist to facilitate and improve outdoor experiences for others through EBO consulting. I started a chapter of Cycling Without Age in Cheyenne, Wyoming; I worked for No Barriers USA to develop and pilot their Adults with Disabilities program; and I have volunteered in various capacities with outdoor sports organizations such as Adaptive Adventures. My dream is that the Northern Colorado area becomes the leader in outdoors accessibility through a variety and depth of programming as well as intentionally designed recreational spaces. This dream is attainable, and I would love for you to be a part of that change with me.

My Key Principles

I believe values are essential in guiding a business’ direction and making difficult choices. I use a systems-based approach to instill your organizational values and goals into your day-to-day operations. I will talk about values a LOT, therefore it is also fair you know mine:

  • Historically, the industry has catered to the white, able bodied, male community. But the outdoors is an experience for all. We all deserve the opportunity to be immersed in nature fully, not on the side lines.

  • It is not enough to simply create a program or activity for people with disabilities. The goal is to improve hope and freedom, and therefore it is imperative that we find ways for everyone to actively participate.

  • Bottom line is getting outdoors and having adventures should be FUN! I approach designing programs and projects with curiosity, flexibility, and optimism to provide opportunities for more smiles in the miles.

  • It is our responsibility to have a deep understanding of the needs and desires of the community in order to create amazing experiences. It's not just about providing an alternative; it's about going above and beyond to quality equitable adventures. There is always room for growth and I am committed to continuously refining our approach to create outdoor programs that stand out for their effectiveness and impact.

When I am not working, you will find me with my dog Aska and my husband Jordan climbing a mountain, biking along Horestooth Reservoir, drinking amazing FoCo beer, and eating all the food.
