Working to increase accessibility in the outdoor industry for people with disabilities

The outdoors provides adventure, exercise, healing, and peace to those surrounded by it. Historically, people with disabilities have not been granted equitable access to these spaces. Everyone deserves to explore the natural world regardless of mobility, sensory, or cognitive disabilities. I work with local organizations and government agencies to increase accessibility in outdoor spaces through program development, educational classes, and project recommendations that go beyond requirements set by the American Disability Act (ADA) and allow for equitable access to the outdoors.
